ABOUT ME

Since completing my studies, I have been working full-time in web development since 2008. Over this time I have encountered a wide range of technologies, with a strong specialization in Symfony and PHP, along with broad knowledge of the related technologies. I am open to any PHP/Symfony opportunity, as I know and have worked with every version of the framework.

I am also happy to take on planning and mentoring while still actively contributing code. I continuously expand my knowledge and am committed to ongoing professional development; I enjoy every aspect of software development, so I am open to learning and working with new technologies whenever needed.

Recently I have been deepening my expertise in using AI as a coding assistant – I use Claude Code every day in my work. I also built an AI-based rating system that scores job applicants by comparing their CVs with the job description, helping to streamline applicant processing.

Work Experience

Self-employed

I mostly work on a franchise project that provides its clients with a website to advertise their jobs, manage applicants, produce statistics, and meet their unique system needs (hrfelho.hu). The sites are written in Symfony 1, with plans to move to higher Symfony versions. I have also developed several Symfony-based (4.x, 5.x, 6.x) webshops built around many individual requirements.

Webtown Informatika Kft.

I worked in an agile team with Ibexa DXP and plain Symfony, building bespoke features and software for clients. Beyond the company's own projects, we contributed to many Ibexa DXP projects for a German Ibexa partner. I used English very often, as we had many international clients.

HTE Industrial Kft.

I developed the website of this Chinese-owned company to help advertise their clothing products.
